Why New Hampshire ADU Knowledge Matters Now

New Hampshire's ADU landscape is changing, and buyers, sellers and homeowners are asking more detailed questions about what a property may support. A confident answer requires more than saying, 'Check with the town.' Across 6 chapters and 59 lessons, the ADU Agent Arsenal teaches you how to understand the regulatory framework, screen property information, evaluate structures and site conditions, discuss valuation and financing concepts, market ADU properties responsibly and recognize when an answer must come from a municipality, attorney, appraiser, lender, septic designer or other licensed professional. You finish with a practical framework for sharper property analysis, stronger client conversations and a clear professional lane. Immediate access. Self-paced. Built for working real estate professionals. This is private professional education from The ADU Exchange LLC. It is not continuing education, does not satisfy a state licensing requirement and is not approved by or affiliated with a licensing board or REALTOR® association. Matthew Bissonnette

About the Instructor Founder, The ADU Exchange | REALTOR®, Riverside Realty Associates Matt has been a licensed real estate professional since 2006, association-involved from his first year in the business. He is a past president of the Greater Fall River Association of REALTORS®, a former director of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, and the author of The ADU Blueprint. He came to ADUs the way most agents don't: from both sides of the fence. Twenty years selling houses, and a background in residential construction. When New England's six states each passed their own ADU law inside six years, he did what almost nobody else did. He read them, tracked amendments, and built a company around helping agents, homeowners, trades, and towns work from the same verified facts. He founded The ADU Exchange to be the connective tissue of that market: not a builder, not a lender, but the place where everyone in an ADU transaction finds each other and finds the law. This course is the agent's piece of that. Matt is not an attorney, a zoning consultant, or a code official, and the course is built so you never have to pretend to be one either. He teaches the law as written, cites every source, and shows you exactly where to hand the question off. That discipline is the whole point. Matt teaches from twenty years of practice and verified primary authority. Nothing in this program is legal advice, and no statement in it should be applied to a specific property without the appropriate licensed professional.
